WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders are usually processed within 24 hrs. However, sometimes, such as in the event of a sale, this can take a little longer due to the volume of orders being fulfilled (up to 72 hrs).
In this case we kindly ask that you be patient as we work as fast as we can. Obviously though, if you have any concerns, please reach out and we’ll provide you with a status update.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Tracking numbers are usually issued within 1-5 days after your order has been processed. You’ll then receive an email containing your tracking number and you’ll be able to monitor the travel of your item via USPS.com.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order was shipped, you should have received a Shipping Confirmation email from email@example.com with your tracking number in it. Doing a quick search for this email address in your email account is usually the easiest way to locate it.
However, if you still can’t find this email the next thing to do is check your spam folder and any filters you may have created for organising emails. More often than not this is where they can wander off to.
If all else fails simply send us a quick email letting us know to firstname.lastname@example.org or via our Contact Page and we’ll promptly resend it!
You’ll then be able to track your order via the USPS website.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?
The average delivery time is 14 – 30 days after your tracking number has been issued. Though it’s important to note that this is an estimate and we can’t guarantee this time frame. As we have suppliers both locally in the US and overseas, shipping times will vary from product to product. Some may arrive sooner than 14 days, and some may arrive later than 30.
It’s also worth noting that here at Copper & Mint we feel that while prompt delivery is important, its secondary to the importance of having good communication. In our experience most problems and concerns can be put at ease simply by asking the question and being transparent. So with that, if you’re ever worried about the whereabouts of your items, don’t fret, just get in touch.
I HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER, BUT THERE’S NO HISTORY IN USPS?
Sometimes your tracking number may not immediately show as being picked up by the dispatch courier in the USPS tracking history. All this means is that your item either hasn’t been scanned by the pick up courier yet, or that their system hasn’t re-freshed yet. In this situation we ask that you wait for a day or two and check again.
In most cases you’ll find that after a few days everyone’s systems will have re-freshed and will be showing at least one checkpoint in the history feed. You’ll then be able to monitor it from there.
That said, if more than 7 days pass from receiving your tracking number and there is still no history showing, please let us know here, and we’ll chase it up for you.
I ORDERED TWO PRODUCTS, BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE?
If you ordered a few items, there is a chance one of them may have been temporarily out of stock. Rather than delay shipping your entire order we prefer to ship the first item immediately and then ship the second item once it’s back in stock (Even though we incur a double shipping cost). Naturally this means the items will arrive at different times.We believe doing it this way provides a better customer experience and ensures you receive your items as quickly as possible.
